Looking for an alternative to trick-or-treating this year? Then head over to the ABQ BioPark Zoo for their 26th Annual Zoo Boo! The Zoo Boo is a great event that offers kids and parents a safe, fun and educational Halloween experience. With fun games, haunted habitats and a costume parade, you and your family will have a blast at this year's Zoo Boo. And don't worry, sweets and candies will still be on hand with our volunteer partners giving out the treats. The fun starts on Saturday, October 25, so come by the ABQ BioPark Zoo to make this Halloween bootiful!

Breaking Bad still haunting your dreams? Then head on down to Breaking Boo, where you can take a riding tour inside the Breaking Bad RV! Hosted by the History & Ghost Tours of Old Town Albuquerque and Breaking Bad RV Tours, Breaking Boo is a fan's dream come true. Visit Breaking Bad's most popular sets and locations and conduct ghost hunts at the places rumored to be the most haunted. The tours are given by local actors who appeared on the show and they will be sharing stories and fun facts about Breaking Bad during the tour. The tours begin on October 3rd and run through October 19th, so come down and help us break boo!

On October 23rd a partial solar eclipse will take place. This will be the last solar eclipse that is visible from North America for the next three years, so this year's eclipse is sure to be breathtaking. In order to give you the best and safest view of the eclipse, the New Mexico Museum of Natural History is providing specially filtered telescopes on their observatory deck for patrons to come and watch this amazing solar event. The ideal time to see the eclipse will be around 4:40 in the afternoon, so come by the Museum of Natural History early and catch a prime view of our universe in action.
