Nissan Extended Protection Plans
Three Security+Plus vehicle service contracts are available through Nissan, covering 800 to over 2,000 components depending on the plan you select. Plans include Gold Preferred, Silver Preferred and Powertrain Preferred, and all are available for both new and used Nissan cars.

Services such as towing, car rental, trip interruption and roadside assistance are included with the Gold and Silver Preferred packages. Several other supplementary extended service contracts are available as well, such as Tire & Wheel Protection, Theft Protection, Key Replacement Protection and more.

Purchasing your services up front means that you won't have to deal with potential price increases, and inflation does tend to occur with certain vehicle maintenance costs. You also won't have to worry about paying out of pocket at the time of service while your plan is active, which will streamline your experience at the dealership.

  • Offers up to: 13 replacements, 3 services, 2 additional benefits and 32 covered inspections. Also includes brake fluid, in-cabin microfilter, car rental assistance and tire road hazard protection

Standard

  • New Nissan Vehicles

  • Model Year 2013 and prior: Choice of Schedule 1 (3 mo/3,750 miles) or Schedule 2 (6 mo./7,500 miles)

  • Model Year 2014 and later: Every 6 months/5,000 miles

  • Offers up to: 4 replacements, 1 service, 2 additional benefits and 16 covered inspections. Also includes car rental assistance and tire road hazard protection


Basic

  • New and Pre-Owned Nissan Vehicles

  • Model Year 2013 and prior: Choice of Schedule 1 (3 mo/3,750 miles) or Schedule 2 (6 mo./7,500 miles)

  • Model Year 2014 and later: Every 6 months/5,000 miles

  • Offers basic oil & filter changes with tire rotation service*

Basic+Plus

  • New and Pre-Owned Nissan Vehicles

  • Model Year 2013 and prior: Choice of Schedule 1 (3 mo/3,750 miles) or Schedule 2 (6 mo/7,500 miles)

  • Model Year 2014 and later: Every 6 months/5,000 miles

  • Same services as the Basic plan, plus up to 12 covered inspections and Tire Road Hazard Protection


Plans are transferable to the new owner if you sell your vehicle, and refunds are available if you decide to cancel.



*Directional tires cannot be rotated and are not available for reimbursement with tire rotation claims.
