What's new for the 2022 Nissan Rogue?

The 2022 Nissan Rogue remains a strong competitor in the compact SUV segment, thanks to its stylish looks, spacious and comfortable interior, and excellent fuel economy. It's also one of the most affordable SUVs in its class. For 2022, the Rogue gets a few minor updates, including a revised front fascia and some new interior trim options.

The Rogue's exterior receives a minor refresh for 2022, with a new front fascia, including a revised grille and bumper. The headlights have also been slightly updated. Around the back, there's a new set of LED taillights.

2022 Nissan Rogue Trims and Features

The 2022 Rogue is available in four trim levels: S, SV, SL, and Platinum.

The base S trim comes standard with a 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine, a CVT, front-wheel drive, 17-inch alloy wheels, LED headlights, automatic high beams, and a rear spoiler. It also has power-folding mirrors, cloth upholstery, a height-adjustable driver's seat, a 60/40-split folding second-row seat, and a 7-inch touchscreen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto capability.

The SV trim adds a few key features, including blind-spot monitoring with rear cross-traffic alert, automatic emergency braking, lane-keeping assist, adaptive cruise control, remote start, an 8-way power-adjustable driver's seat, heated front seats, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, and shift knob, upgraded cloth upholstery, a power liftgate, and a sunroof.

The SL trim comes standard with all of the above, plus 19-inch alloy wheels, LED fog lights, chrome exterior trim, automatic wipers, a hands-free power liftgate, a surround-view parking camera system, leather upholstery, an 8-way power-adjustable passenger seat, a 9-speaker Bose audio system, and navigation.

The Platinum trim includes every feature from the other trims and adds a 9-inch touchscreen infotainment system, a hands-free power liftgate, a 360-degree camera system, adaptive cruise control, and more.

2022 Nissan Rogue Horsepower

All 2022 Nissan Rogues are powered by a 1.5-liter three-cylinder engine that produces 201 horsepower and 225lb-ft of torque. A CVT is the only transmission option. Front-wheel drive is standard, while all-wheel drive is available.

2022 Nissan Rogue Safety

The 2022 Nissan Rogue comes standard with a rearview camera, automatic emergency braking, lane-keeping assist, and adaptive cruise control. In addition, blind-spot monitoring with rear cross-traffic alert is available as an option on the base S trim and standard on all higher trims. A surround-view parking camera system is also available.
