Nissan to Invest $17.6 Billion Over Next 5 Years on Battery-Powered Vehicles

Over the next five years, Nissan will be investing $17.6 billion in its battery-powered lineup. It is expected that 15 new electric models are going to be released by the year 2030. Nissan is hoping to change their lineup to be 50 percent electric in the same time frame. This plan includes the use of both hybrids and other electric models.
