Nissan Xmotion Concept Revealed

Nissan Xmotion Concept

Nissan has recently released the Xmotion concept car as a potential SUV for drivers looking for a more compact SUV or crossover vehicle.

The Detroit, Michigan North American International Auto Show of 2018 saw a number of exciting concept cars this year. Nissan got into the action with the Xmotion. The Nissan Xmotion takes American utility needs and combines them with the stylized look of the Nissan brand.

You pronounce the Xmotion as "cross-motion", and the vehicle takes a hard look at Nissan's powerful and rugged developments and adds them to the concept car. The vehicle may look like a simple design at first, but when you take a closer look you can see the different layers of design this concept car entails.

With third-row seating, the Xmotion concept comfortably seats six people, making it a potential crossover SUV for families. The interior is described as stunning, understated, unique yet bold. The grille is similar to Nissan's signature grille seen across a variety of other models.

The wheels are all-terrain, with a futuristic appeal. The rooftop box is retractable, and the back of the vehicle has an interesting design in the tail lights.

This is a wide vehicle that has a long wheelbase. The tires are pushed out as far as possible, making room for the driver, front row passenger, two individual seats in the second-row and third-row individual seating for two people.

The technology in the Xmotion concept uses advances interfaces and innovative driving technologies. It is a car where Japanese design is found throughout the vehicle, with traditional joining techniques used on the console, and on the instrument panel. It's a strong, powerful looking interior, meant to convey strength and power.

With seven digital screen areas in the interior, technology is at its finest in the Xmotion concept. The digital mirror set in the ceiling gives the driver a view of what is going on in the car at all times.

One of the more exciting parts of the infotainment system is how it is controlled. The displays can be changed using physical gestures, or even simple eye movements. Voice commands also control the vehicle, making driving a smart, interactive process right from the start.

Nissan wants to make the world a better place. The goal with the Xmotion concept is to provide a great SUV that has a high level of technology, but one that is also easy to use every day.

The Xmotion concept car is still in development and it is not clear if Nissan is going to build the vehicle in the future.
