Albuquerque’s Macaroni & Cheese Festival is back! We are happy to announce that once again, this fun and tasty festival will be back at the Albuquerque Balloon Museum Lawn on Saturday, Aug. 20, 2016.
This is the second year of the Mac & Cheese Festival, which features over 35 vendors who are bringing not only their best macaroni and cheese dishes, but also terrific beer and wine tastings. There will also be live performances by Kat Deluna and Le Chat Lunatique.
This year, the festival is benefiting the New Mexico Cancer Center Foundation, which helps cancer patients with their non-medical needs like groceries, rent and gas.
This is an adults-only event; only those 21 and over can attend, so leave the kids at home for this one and make the Mac & Cheese Festival a terrific date or outing with friends. Guests can bring blankets and lawn chairs if they would like.
