The 2016 New York Auto Show has seen several fantastic debuts this year, but one of the most exciting is the premiere of the 2017 Nissan Titan Crew Cab half-ton pickup. This new pickup will be the “standard bearer of Nissan’s family of Titan pickups,” a distinction that will certainly earn it points when it reaches our Albuquerque Nissan dealership this summer.
"The 2017 TITAN half-ton has the same aggressive style of the TITAN XD, but is about a foot shorter in wheelbase," said Fred Diaz, division vice president and general manager, North America Trucks and Light Commercial Vehicles, Nissan North America, Inc. "They share the same cabs, but while it offers similar ruggedness and durability, the TITAN half-ton's chassis is completely different than XD."

The 2017 Titan Crew Cab will also boast a brand-new 5.6-liter Endurance V8 engine that produces a hefty 390 horses. The powertrain will be rounded out by a seven-speed automatic transmission.
Right now, the automaker will only be launching the Crew Cab model, however, expect to see King Cab and Single Cab models come out sometime later this year. Nissan will also be adding a V6 engine option to the truck later this year as well.
